A Question of Kennon Origins

For centuries the question of Kennon origins has languished without answer. Many theories have abounded ranging from Scottish to German. The secret to solving this genealogical mystery lies in DNA testing. The seeming solution being the Haplotype J2 Hals Eye family of Cornwall. However the Hals Eye clan is in itself a further mystery. Some claim Norman origins for the family while DNA testing indicates an origin in the Levant. While it is possible that the Halsey family arrived in England with the Conqueror it is quite possible that they were members of the Ibn Als family who had arrived centuries earlier in Spain and Southern France with the advance of the Islamic Empire. Further testing of Halsey and Kennon families is required to further sort out the familial relationships.
